Health notes: Heart murmur. Dead tooth, monitor condition and check for quidding/signs of discomfort. Signed off work due to Uveitis vet visits 16th, 17th and 21st March. On going treatment – in during daylight hours, 2 eye drops every 2 hours, ointment twice a day. 6 Tablets in AM feed until 29th March 2025.
